Action Inc. works with individuals and families at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness through a combination of housing assistance, case management and financial coaching.

How do I get Assistance?

Attend Open Access

When: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00am to noon.

Where: Action Inc., 25 W. Silver Street

Open access is a time set aside for community members experiencing homelessness or who are in danger of becoming homeless, to meet with a Service Advocate. The Service Advocate helps access the necessary resources to resolve a housing crisis. The Advocate makes referrals to other services, provides housing assistance, case management and financial coaching.

Please bring as much documentation as you have available including:

  • Proof of housing status  – such as confirmation of homelessness or a written eviction notice from your landlord.
  • Picture ID
  • SSA cards
  • Verification of income
